[1.0] COLLECTION AND TRACKING
Brodmann strictly processes data explicitly provided by the Client to execute Framework routines. We do not acquire external data, nor do we utilize cookies, tracking pixels, or telemetry on our platforms.
[2.0] USE, NDA, AND NON-DISCLOSURE
Client data is used solely to generate requested outputs. We DO NOT sell data, share access with third parties, or use Client inputs to train public AI models. All client-service communications occur strictly within a direct, closed-loop system. Confidentiality is governed and enforced via a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), making any unauthorized data disclosure a direct contractual violation.
[3.0] RETENTION AND PURGING
The Client retains full ownership of all data. Upon contract termination or cancellation, all held Client parameters and processing logs are permanently purged from our infrastructure.
