BRODMANN TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)
[1.0] ACCEPTANCE AND GOVERNING FRAMEWORK
This Terms of Service ("TOS") governs access to and use of the web interfaces, platforms, and services provided by Brodmann, the Data & Analytics division of 0X0STUDIOS. By accessing our domain or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by this TOS. This document operates alongside our Commercial Terms and Service Level Agreement (SLA). In the event of any conflict, the Commercial Terms shall take precedence.
[2.0] INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
[2.1] Brodmann Property: All routing architectures, source frameworks, algorithms, software design, web interfaces, logos, and trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Brodmann and its parent entity, 0X0STUDIOS. Nothing in this TOS transfers ownership of any underlying codebase or technology to the Client.
[2.2] Client Data Property: The Client retains 100% ownership of all raw data inputs, parameter configurations, and final generated output reports processed by a Framework instance.
[3.0] ACCEPTABLE USE AND RESTRICTIONS
Users and Clients MUST NOT:
* Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, or inspect binaries of any Brodmann Framework.
* Interfere with, disrupt, or launch denial-of-service attacks against Brodmann web infrastructure or hosted servers.
* Use the platform to transport, store, or process illegal, unauthorized, or malicious data payloads.
* Bypass or attempt to circumvent authentication, access controls, or security perimeters.
[4.0] DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIABILITY LIMIT
[4.1] "As-Is" Provision: Access to public web interfaces and online portals is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
[4.2] Limitation of Liability: Brodmann and 0X0STUDIOS SHALL NOT be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from web platform access, unauthorized third-party intrusion, or internet disruptions beyond our operational boundaries.
[5.0] MODIFICATIONS AND GOVERNING LAW
Brodmann reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by publishing updated versions to brodmann.0x0studios.com. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
